However, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. Just a short walk away, I found the U Bahn and tram, making it convenient to get to the city center. Plus, the hotel's proximity to a vibrant ethnic lower area provided a unique cultural experience, with plenty of local restaurants and shops to explore.
The hotel's customer service fell short of expectations as the advertised 24-hour hot beverage service was not available, leaving me unable to enjoy a hot chocolate during my stay.
